Is it free to visit the exhibition?

If you register on the website using a promo code, the visit is free of charge. You can also purchase an e-ticket on the website for 300 roubles or buy an entrance ticket at the ticket office on the territory of the exhibition centre for 500 roubles.

Do I need to print the e-ticket?

No, all you have to do is show the e-ticket on your smartphone screen.

Which companies exhibit at UMIDS?

The list of exhibitors is available in the About exhibition / Exhibitor list section. The final list will be available a month before the exhibition start.

Where can I find the programme of events of the exhibition?

The detailed schedule of the programme of events and the list of speakers will be published on the website closer to the date of the exhibition in the section «Business Programme».

Where can I park my car?

There is a free open-air car park on the grounds ofExpograd Yug with 1,700 parking spaces and unrestricted entry and exit. Though it is fully packed during peak hours.

Is there free internet access?

Free Wi-Fi access is available. For more stable Internet operation at the stand during the exhibition days, order a paid wired Internet connection or Wi-Fi from your technical manager.

Is it possible to get to Krasnodar by plane now?

Yes, the Krasnodar airport reopened on September 11, 2025.

Flights operate daily from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM Moscow time. You can get to Krasnodar from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Ufa, and other cities.

A flight from Moscow takes 3 hours 45 minutes, and from St. Petersburg, 5 hours.

How to book a stand and exhibit?

Is it possible to place banners, posters and pop-up stands on the stand?

Yes, you can place posters, banners and pop-up stands on the stand using hooks, clips or other non-adhesive fasteners that do not damage the structure. Self-pasting of panels, furniture or other equipment is prohibited.

Is it possible to place our own audio and video equipment, furniture, and household appliances at the stand?

Yes, you can place exhibits, audio and video equipment, furniture, household appliances (cooler, coffee maker) on your stand.

Does your company create stand graphics?

No. You will need to prepare the graphic designs yourself or hire an external designer. The layouts must be prepared in accordance with the specifications, which should be confirmed with your technical manager.

How do we determine the required electrical power for my stand?

Simply add up the power consumption of all electrical devices at your stand. These may include exhibits, a water cooler, laptop, LCD screen, etc. Don’t forget to take lighting into account. You can find out the power required for lighting from your stand builder or from your technical manager at MVK if you have ordered stand construction from the exhibition organiser.

Can extension leads be used?

No. The use of extension leads is not permitted.

We have booked raw space. Can your company build a stand based on a custom design?

Yes. You can order an exclusive stand from us, with a design developed specifically for your company. Please contact the technical manager regarding this issue.

How can we organise catering at the stand?

You can contact Expograd Yug's official catering partner, Expofood +7 (909) 453-53-33, or engage an outside catering company.
